2. How much it would cost to have a freelancer build a similar site

2. Sell Discount Cards to Customers, so they can use them to buy the offers instore

3. Give details on how to purchase the discount cards.

1 that website could be coded easily

2 costs range alot, A because some designers like to do quality work with higher price, B because some designers/noobs like to undercharge work and do not so good of a job

3 it ranges even more than the cost, some designers are faster than others due to experience, and not all designers are webdesigning as a full time job
