Some people i know want a website, where they can 1. Showcase local businesses and their current offers 2. Sell Discount Cards to Customers, so they can use them to buy the offers instore 3. Give details on how to purchase the discount cards. I don't think it would need to be as complex as http://www.wrexhamsavers.co.uk So what sort of price do you think they'd be looking at ?
