Hi

I wont comment on the design as I am not qualified to comment on design.

You do however have your keywords meta tag closed incorrectly

<meta name="keywords" content="icons,vectors,psd,templates,website templates,psd templates,graphic design,web design,developers,designers,seo,free,download free'"

Why is the hover colour blue on the top navigation? Search bar is a bit plain and boring.

Here is my take on how your header should look (see attachment):

White by default, grey on hover.

I don't think there's really that much to say about the design, it seems to be reasonably functional although there are a couple of minor alignment issues (top of the blog section doesn't line up with the top of the category list on the right, the left of it doesn't line up with the footer, the logo or the nav). I personally actually like the blue mouseovers, I think it would be a bit drab otherwise.

The thing that bothers me the most though is the one thing that you PROBABLY don't really fancy changing - the name! After about fifteen minutes of contemplation I figured out that you were probably going for "graphic archive" but even now I read the name and expect to see a blog of a load of graphs relating to chives. Which would be really cool and someone should do that. I would read it.

Hahhahahhah.

I read it as Graphic Hive, but now, thanks to you, I only think about Chives.

THAT MIGHT POSSIBLY MAKE SLIGHTLY MORE SENSE.

Errrr... let's just pretend I did that deliberately to emphasise my point. Cough. :p

Far too many keywords there, what keyword/phrase are you actually optimising for??

What it really needs is content. 1034 pages of posts and not a single chive? Seriously? (I checked).

Nah, the real problem is it's all scraped content, which as of the Farmer/Panda update, Google sees as the lowest of the low. You need to get some original stuff in there instead, even if you're just writing a list post once a week to start with - at least then you're collating and commenting on other people's content, sites and tools rather than trying to hitch a free ride on their coat-tails with an out of date and discredited SEO technique.
