You cannot transfer your free domain name to be administered by another provider within the first 60 days of its registration No mention of what the fee payable after 60 days is to renew the domain name registration for a further two (2) years at the retail price offered by BT at the time The fee at the time, in other words it is not fixed! In the short term it is certainly a good deal, to setup a business Domain Name and website However, when looking at their support pages there are loads of questions about updating the nameservers and IPSTAG, subsequently with no response to do so Some people have been waiting weeks for their requests and given in All the replies simply advise to login to the portal page and make a request there The clients advise they have done so and are still waiting...
