Both are good but you should start with facebook.Create some pages in that and share it wit your friends.

See, we can't say which will drive you more traffic because both are parallel no.1 social networking sites. What you need to do is to maintain a proper and huge network of friends having similar interests and then share the information related to the business. You will definitely get heavy chunk of traffic from these two sites.
