Hi All

We have been running our new e-commerce website for a couple of months now and would really appreciate any feedback you can give:

Office Pinky

The site is very bright, as the name suggests, so that it leaves a lasting impact on potential customers.

Regards

Peter

Yep looks good to me, it's got everything I'd expect, good relevent information.

A few things I spotted...

Search input field could do with a title attribute to help with accessibility

FAQ link in footer is a 404

Card logos are missing on category pages

PS most of your footer links are dead - might want to see to those!

Nice looking ecommerce site, great job!

Did you build it on a custom platform, or is it an open source one?

Thanks for the feedback, I have some question and would appreciate further feedback.

1. The search field has the word search before it, is it not obvious enough? Shall I make it bigger? Or shall i put some pre-frilled text in the search saying "Search here"?

2. My FAQ link and footer links all work, what page were you clicking on them from? What OS are you using

3. What are card logos?

Please do not let my boss read that!!! We have tried 6 different pinks!

The idea was not to overwhelm the user with really bold pinks, but still re-inforce the pink in Office Pinky.

the layout is quite good. I just think the pink can be improved.

The word "Search" should ideally be in a <label> tag and associated with the next field to allow screen reader users to navigate to that field:

<label class="search-products-text" for="searchcategory">Search:</label> <select id="searchcategory" name="cid" class="search-selectbox">

Then as you haven't got a <label> for the keyword field it ideally needs a title so screen readers can identify it:

<input title="enter search words" name="q" value="" onfocus="this.select();" class="search-input" type="text">

Can't remember! I think it was the Binders category page, it seems to be ok now, I definately got a 404 though!

3. What are card logos?

The Paypal/Visa logos at the bottom of the page, again that was from a category page (I just saw the ALT attribute text), but they appear now. maybe a server/ISP glicth.

Hi All

I have made the following changes:

1. Changed the search tag to a label and assigned to the drop down menu

2. Added title text for the search field

3. Updated the links on the footers so that they work from all pages

4. Changed the title to and, instead of the ampersand

I appreciate your feedback and welcome any further responses.

I see your site. It looks very good. Pink make your site attractive.

You can make a little good if you will change something.

1) Change the web content of your product.

2) Change the look of internal linking of your product.

Thanks.

I provide you one suggestion for your title.

<title> Get affordable office supplies @ Office Pinky </title>

Thank you.

quite nice, only things im not agreeing with are the navgatiion tabs look like they have been sliced. Im using firefox. and also the green button next to advanced search surely you can find a better optimised image :) keep up the good work!

and on question:

hows cs to work in when create custom templates?
