August 12, 201016 yr Hey guys, just been asked to update an HTML Email template for a company I do a lot of work for, the old one was starting to look tired. See attached for what I've got so far, but the general idea is to update the product featured at the top, the 4 smaller featured products and the reviews for each issue. Crits and comments welcome as usual!

August 13, 201016 yr Very nice design Richard. I see a few things that may be an issue coding wise with the limitations of Outlook 2003 and 2007, but as long as it degrades gracefully then it should be fine.

Could you let me know what those would be ? Always interesting to know! I've done a few before and yeah found code works differently depending upon the email client, I'd say it's worse than the cross-browser issue! What I normally do is make as much of it as possible an image, then use an image map to add links to buttons etc, with the images broken up into a table, is that the correct attitude? Thanks
August 13, 201016 yr Author Thanks I will resize it to 700px, I made it 840px based off an example I found, think it might have been an xbox live email newsletter, will making it bigger than 700px cause trouble or is it just best practise not go above that?
