I do have to say that is very ermm...interesting?

It's ur background for me. Perhaps if it was a bit more uniform with a non distracting background it would look really cool.

Hm, unless you're going for a very abstract look, it looks very messy. On the monitors at work I had to scroll sideways, and everything just looks all over the place. Also, the level of skill percentages you've listed, what do they exactly mean? How can you judge the 'percentage' of skills you have in particular software? I'd just put a green tick next to the ones you feel confident in; it's far more positive.

 

With some tidying up, it could be an interesting design. You need to consider fonts, layout, and the overall look of the site a bit more.

It took forever for it to load with me because of all the images. Not really sure what to say just distracted by everything.

Lose the background, or clean it up. The idea & concept is great though. Keep it up.

But my eyes were all over the place.

I like the background image . But The contents are not well organized. Makes the user to search for the details.
