Hmm.. When I open it background is as dark as color on bg image. Where this color could be from, cant find such colorcod in CSS.

Hi, have you heard of jQuery? If not you might want to take a look as it is easy to grasp and your menu could easily be made using jQuery which would be more accessible.

When you save it for the web, strip it of all color profiles.

I have this code for background in CSS

body {
font-size: 14px;
font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', 'Lucida Grande', Verdana, Arial, Georgia, Helvetica, sans-serif;
text-align: center;
       background-color: #ce1ec5;
background-image: url(images/backgr.png);
background-attachment: fixed;
background-position: bottom left;
background-repeat: no-repeat;

And #ce1ec5 is background color that match backgrounds image. Where the brighter one could be from?...

I took a look of jQuery and it's very impressive solution! If I only knew JavaScript... so well :/

I don't mean to be rude or anything so don't get me too serious. Technically your best bet is jQuery ( even though I'm new to coding and web design I'm sure about that ). Graphically your site is bad. Try using nicer fonts like verdana or tahoma if you want to go with the system fonts. Forget about 100% magenta...if the subject is beauty use some beautiful ( but still girly ) colour ( there's so many good colours out there use them ). I'd use a nice pastel pink if you want to stick with pink / magenta. Give it colours....not just pink add some yellow somewhere, you'll see how much difference it'll make. If you put a vector element on the header, let it be vector. This one is really bad. Use a proper vector stuff or use a good photo....this one is in between and really makes the site look cheap.

I hope you'll find my comment useful even though it wasn't positive. Let me know if you upload a new one :)

Best regards

I must completely agree with Ben.

Simple good foto or hand drawed picture looks much better than image that was automatically traced in some vector editor.
