This is my first post, it is great to be here amongst some really talented web designers. I just want to direct you to have a look at my current portfolio I have recently uploaded. It will be great to here some thoughts on the site design and my work. You will probably notice early on that it is a modified wordpress CMS. I wanted to achieve a minimalistic look and feel to the site making sure that my work does the talking rather than the site itself if that makes sense.

EDIT: Link now works its a very nice design, I have to agree with char that the big image changes to fast! Also, you have alot errors in your coding; link.

All the above plus I would suggest you try and change the urls to search engine friendly ones ie /design/photography rather than ?cat= etc.

+1 for changing your text colour, it's nearly unreadable

On the main page, the hover of "see more" has a white dash showing:

 

 

On page load, before the background image loads, the background color [#CCC1BA] shows:

 

 

The link on the bottom of this page looks funny. Only a part of the link is wrapped in an anchor tag:

I will second that! Your design is very attractive on the eye.

 

Just get the code right and you are left with a very good website.

That's really a fantastic website, with Wordpress put to great use! I'd recommend using permalinks for SEO friendly URLs though.

 

Can't really find anything to fault.
