You may or may not know that notmrsbanksy runs a dog rescue, pulling unclaimed dogs out of pounds in the UK, saving them from being put to sleep

SWK, you are a true gent - thanks very much. It all helps a great deal. We actually usually make a loss on each dog that comes through the rescue process by the time we pay for food, vaccinations, worming, neutering and any other veterinary care they may need, which they often do, as the pounds are rife with kennel cough.
