I like the general direction, for some reason it reminded me of http://www.mediatemple.net/

Maybe the menu text letters should be wider spaced - kearning? Also, for my taste, they are too large - but maybe that's just personal. Other than that what you have - is what you have - ok, but how it hangs with the rest of a page - well, we need to see the page. Hope this helps a little - Jack.

Thats the site I'm looking at whilst making this.

However, it doesn't look much like mediatemple in my opinion.. I'm not copying or anything
