Its nice to make every one suffer by making them to see my crap photography ahaha! Okay enuff pranks! I am outta this section now. Thanks for the information Ben :) and also for the warm welcome. However, red carpets are missing, Its okay. I can adjust

I have to say that's a pretty neat picture. Especially considering you took it with a Phone!

I have taken similar pictures, and let me suggest, take a similar picture with a pair of sunglasse in front of the lens. It makes the picture even more vivid! B)

Wow, that is a really neat shot... especially considering you used a camera phone! I love how you captured the sun's rays. I do hope you are able to get that digital camera. You would have so much fun with it!

I have *never* heard of this before!! So, you just put your sunglasses right in front of the camera lens? It doesn't make the photo look really dark? I'll have to try it! What a cool tip!

Ben... I am glad you put up a gallery for people to post their photos. This is a terrific idea, and a perfect forum for all to showcase their work! Thanks!

That is all I have ever done. The closer you can get it to the lens the better. Depending on the sunglasses you have, it may come out to dark, but hey, you can always get a $5 pair from wal-mart. You know, Top Gun style, and use them just for that purpose.

Great tip! Will have to try this later!

I have a FujiFilm Finepix S602 dSLR and I absolutely love it. The quality of pictures it takes is phenomenal and there is little shutter lag time. Im looking to get more into photography in the next year and use Mac editing software. Im surprised a camera phone could take a picture that nice, especially of the sun. I would have thought it would come out blury.

Have fun if/when you get your digital picture!

I have a Canon Ixus 500 - the picture quality is really clear and sharp, It's mainly been used for holidays and concerts so far, as I havn't had much time of late just to wander about and take some arty shots (I always feel I wanna do so much, but there's never enough hours in the day). I'll upload some pics soon, to show you the clarity. Thanks for the photography tips. :)

I have an Olympus C-725 and love it. THe only problem I find is the time it takes for the cammera to get "ready" to take a picture when turning it on for the first time (the lens needs to come out). It makes it hard to take impulsive pictures.

I have an Olympus SP-350 and I absolutely love it. It's an 8 mp and the camera is very easy to use with plenty of special features and a really decent RAW setting. It's the best camera I've ever owned and I take it everywhere.
