I'm no web designer but as a web user it looks pretty good to me

 

The only thing I did notice...is that it might look better if you put a space after each comma and just before the bracketed words. Hope that made sense.

It's nice and simple, easy to read but a little dull. Perhaps flip the gradient at the top, and give the login button more contrast..like this perhaps, just a quickie.

A small suggestion, you should make more left margin of the 'Signed Up Today' section on the right. And if you use lighter/ dot line between left and right which will have you better result.
