Hi guys,

Here's a design I'm working on for a friend, have to make a few minor changes, mainly putting the logo on one line and adding some more detail around it like some vectors to do with the music & djing.

I'm a bit worried about making this into a web page but who doesn't love a good challenge :)

Just updated the draft for the site if anyone wants to give me some feedback :)

The new version looks a lot better than the first!

I actually like it a lot, will be interesting to see it coded up and working :)

Thanks mate.

I don't like the first one at all, not sure what I what I was on when I designed it lol. Just need the content so I get cracking on it :)

Love the 2nd design! Very cool and very fitting design with the dynamic explosion graphic, suits a music site perfectly!

the text in the content area needs to be slightly larger and needs bit more padding - it's slightly hard to read like that.

THANK GOD you dropped that first design :D i almost cried.

I don't think the first is that bad. Second is better, though.

The second design has a more user friendly interface. Like better eye flow compared to the first design. With the first design, you would not know where to go first. Maybe the "Welcome" banner on top may be positioned in the content for a more friendly tone, like a conversation flowing.

Cheers for the comments. Unfortunately the first design was one of those pieces of work I made and looking at the next day and thought 'What the f**k was I thinking?'. I'm sure most people will have had one of those days haha.

@ thefandango These guys produce more deeper kind of techno music so dark is the only way to go, but I do like to go a bit brighter with my sites.

@ jlspurling haha. Thanks for the comment, the content is just very rough for the minute, just something to show the client what it'll look like roughly.
