Could you tell me what you would choose for SEO purposes (want to create a site that can be found for these two searches 'bristol property and property bristol, but the bristol property is more important):

 

 

bristol-property.co.uk and .com have already been taken. so would it be:

 

bristol-property-search.co.uk (which is the name of the company)

 

or

 

bristol-property.org.uk

 

or

 

property-bristol-property.co.uk

1. It's the name of the company

2. It has the word search - may just trigger a few extra keyword-based results

3. It's a .co.uk - .org.uk is now associated with charity and non-profit organisations.

they are all good. go with the .co.uk (as it is geographic) the negligable difference it will make will be outweighed massivley by excellent CONTENT.
