June 11, 201214 yr Thanks for the source. I've also come across another site named as Zippozap.com which provides free domain appraisals just like dnscoop.com . The appraisal is based on keyword information, sales history, search results on various search engines, CPC info, etc.
September 14, 201213 yr In my opinion, domains should be appraised by somebody who has at least earned a bachelor's Degree and is well-known with business, finance, and other economic classes. They should be familiar with the theory of domain appraisals, factors that influence valuation and the practices of appraisals in different parts of property ownership. hahaha, comedy gold.
