I am looking at a hosting company and reseller package that uses the Plesk Control Panel. My initial view is that it has lots of features and is very complicated.

 

Is it a good tool once you get use to the features?

I've had a server running Plesk for about a year now. It can look quite daunting when you first look at it but the majority of stuff is pretty easy to do. Also the built in help is quite good and you can find the answer to almost anything by Googling it.

I've personally used plesk before and imho, I found it to be confusing and somewhat lacking over cpanel for features and navigating your way around things.

I'm the other way around, I find cPanel very "clunky" and bloated.

 

As with any control panel it's always going to take a while to get used to it.
