Love it! Just think you should darken up the font a little bit...

Apart from that I think it's great!

At a first glance it looks very professional, the colour scheme is nice and I can't see anything wrong with it. One thing I'll say though is that the logo looks kind of squashed in a way and I think it would look better if it was made a bit bigger.

Other than that, great job :)

I really like the way you've blended the foreground with the background and that there's no grid, just the suggestion of one. Nice big calls to action and a professional feel. Very nice and effective site! Agree though that you need to darken the main font to make it more readable.

For SEO reasons I would recommend that this:

<p>C&D Properties (Liverpool) Ltd; housing affordability, ideal location, ease of commuting and sheer warmth of community is unparalleled anywhere in the UK</p>

should be a H1 tag (then style it to look the same)

Not sure about these heavy 10px borders around everything. Maybe its just a theme for your site.

I know thats a minor but can't really see anything else wrong (design related), apart from that its a decent regular site.

Very nice looking and professional looking website.

Looks a tad generic. Maybe you use shapes of the logo in other parts of the design, like headers and footers.

There are a lot of difrent boxes at diffrent indents. To me it makes the site look a bit chaotic.

And i think you Main menu buttons could use i bit more horizontal padding.

Thats it :) top notch website.

I like the layout of the website and how all the colours blend in together :)

Maybe you could do some URL rewriting to get rid of the .phuse on the end of each URL and either have the following:

http://www.cdproperties.co.uk/overview

http://www.cdproperties.co.uk/overview.html

http://www.cdproperties.co.uk/overview.php
