December 6, 200817 yr Hey guys i've been reading some posts and topics over the last few weeks so thought i may aswell join the community. Im 18 years old and currently im studying web design at University of the West of England. Just completed my first terms tasks which were to build a charity site, an airline site, a theatre animation in flash and also a newsletter. Im still learning as i only started in september but been looking into html, css, js, and now into php, ajax and mysql which im looking forward to after christmas. Currently in the process of building my own website and hopefully build a portfolio and offer to build sites for free for anybody who wants a basic site which i can not only build my portfolio up but build my experience up aswell as dealing with a client. Anyway hope all is well with everybody and look forward to meeting more members on here. Jake

December 6, 200817 yr Don't do freebies for too long! Go for cheap, otherwise you don't get some of the real experience with dealing with a client and money (My first experience with an invoice was confusing, but freshbooks.com is great) Lets see some of your work in the design review forum! Welcome
