  1. Is web design a good career choice?
  2. In short, the design process is a five-step design thinking process. For us at ZURB, the process includes, but not limited to: identifying opportunities, creating lo-fi sketches, determining requirements of your product, developing a style guide, and then identifying and rectifying any problems your product may have.
  3. Hey, Traffic does not always interpret in conversions. More factors play a crucial role here. Take for example, keyword targeting. Is the traffic arriving at the website related to the audience we target? Have we optimized the landing pages for our target audience(s) by putting all necessary UX elements in the most suitable positions (heatmaps can help here), optimized the content and minimized the bounce rate? Do the landing pages try to sell too much instead of offering value to the visitors? Do visitors tend to stay or leave immediately from the website (high bounce rate)? Will those visitors ever come back and if not why we didn't give them the value they are looking for? If it's an eCommerce site they may be looking for original product descriptions or reviews, do we have that? Can we copy the best practices from a successful competitor or even Amazon (if it's an eCommerce website, of course). Taking an extra minute or more to address those questions and studying the best practices of our competitors can really help us make the next step. Hope I've helped you a bit.
  4. Google can sometimes choose to generate a different title or description if they feel it would fit better with the content. In this case it would probably help if you shortened your title, as it seems to be too long and will cut it off somewhere in the word "shipping" as it is right now. I would also look into adding a meta description, since it's empty and just pulls random stuff from your website.
  5. SEO Rankings with Google analytics can be increased indirectly. You need to analyze your traffic. See from which country you’re getting most traffic and write a blog targeting that country. Now don’t forget to put up link to the blog on the page which gets highest no.of traffic from that particular country. However, i would highly recommend you try this Android App Search Console - Apps on Google Play. It submits your we website to google which you can later verify the ownership and track the important keywords for which you site is ranking and get more traffic from Google.
  6. The first rule of finding good developers is: be where you the talent is. There is no single place that is overflowing with good developers. Instead, ask yourself some simple questions: Where do programmers spend their time? Where do they work on open source projects? Where do they share knowledge and help each other? Hope you got my points. All the best.
