Add proper title, select right category, and add unique description and related keywords while adding your business in google business. If your business name has any high competitive keyword, then your map listing may initially don't come on that keyword when you search in the google. I think the position of google map depends on your number of reviews on that business listing, so increase the reviews, it will start showing up at top of others, if you have more reviews.
