If someone is actually depressed, truly depressed, they can't be told "just get on with it" as while people are only trying to help, depression is a mental illness which means it controls how you live your life.

If it was as simple as just getting on with things, then millions of people wouldn't have to suffer or have their life ruined by the illness.

Focus on beating depression first, before you try and find employment and maybe you have to change doctors, as not all doctors understand the illness.

Hopefully you can return to fitness/body building as that can help you stay focused, especially when you see results, while if you make changes to your diet, eat foods high in serotonin and stick to a strict routine, all these little things play there part, as you may not require pills, you may be able to beat depression without medication.

Even something as simple as joining a MMA/Boxing club (if you're interested in that) being around new people, positive people, it can help, rather then being stuck indoors staring at a computer screen, but I hope you can find a way as not everyone beats depression the same way.

This was me two years ago before I fell into a bad state, i'm not any bigger 2 years later, so it shows that it does take over everything, I declined as a person and lost so many friends from it.

His avatar is of zyzz, he had a big fanboy following a few years ago on bodybuilding.com. Unfortunately, his steroid abuse along with his heart condition caught up with him, so he died in his very early 20's. Sad, but a common thing when you get swept away with steroid abuse

Already looks better. I'm sure if a teenager visits your site, they will relate to that photo, rather then 5 bullies!
