I would probably recommend Joomla. I haven't used Drupal but I have compared the pros and cons to both many times and for average website requirements Joomla seems to have almost everything. The community in joomla is fantastic and you can find an extension for virtually anything you can think of. There are also many templates out there of all flavours and colors ready to go. If ease of use to add content as well as new modules is what you're looking for the joomla is definitely the way forward. What I would do is make a list of your requirements, then see what CMS seems to match those.

Sitelinks is automatically done by google if you're site is worthy enough. I suggest you open a Google Webmaster Tools account and register your website, this will give you information on this kind of stuff and also helps google crawl your website better. There is a section in there about sitelinks where you can get information about them and google will also let you know if your site has sitelinks or not. www.google.com/webmasters/tools/

I have to agree with Sussex Chris. Also you need to specify what platform the games are for. I'm assuming it's PC games based on the reviews I've read. If have a proper website instead of a blog it might be easier to add modules for user reviews, some kind of scoring system (like 8/10) etc.
