    Hi. Really new to this. So I hope you don't mind. I want to create a site that will allow users to write a review and post pictures. I know I must have a server to hold this info and I was wondering if any one can tell me the best way to do this. I don't want to pay anyone to build this site. I am not completely savey but I am good at teaching my self. I don't want to hold personal data so no data protection will be needed. I dont even want people to sign up to my site. I just want a user to search a specific item and a review to be available for them to read. What is a good website builder programme. Where do I buy server space and how do I link the data to the server. Any key words I can Google to help me would be great. I hope this helps. Any more info required please ask. Though I will not be telling you my idea lol sorry . Many thanks
