Can someone take a look at this site & tell me why the music page & gallery page are not centering in the browser window like the other pages when viewed on high resolution monitor settings? They were working fine before I validated the html. www.ghosttownshowdown.com many thanks

Thanks for that - this may be asilly question, but this is my first attempt at a site using html & css (done one previously all in flash), but is there an easy way to check for html errors? I can get onto a copy of dreamweaver - will it be easier to do it through that? thnaks once again

Thanks for that - it works. Although now my 'button' maps don't work & also the background isnt centering in the browser window. Also forgot to mention that each page is having a diferent background pic. If i put it in the css body wont it stay on every page? Sorry if these seem like stupid questions, but this is my first website...

I have created a page using html & css which has an image over the entire background, and I am trying to lay a swf movie over the background pic using dreamweaver. Thanks for your help. As I am a complete newbie when ot comes to html & web speak - can you give me some examples?

I have created a web site for a local band. The layout & background image stay the same throughout the site - however the band want to be able to update the text themselves ( gig listings etc ). rather than them updating the html file for each page every time is there a way using divs & java script to allow them to upload a file that will then populate a scrolling text box on the page? Also when a nav button is clicked can the text be loaded into the text box without having to relaod the page? So I only have 1 html file for the whole site (if this makes sense). I know this can be achieved in flash using xml files, but is it possible on a site created in html & css? many thanks
