Hi I have lost all info on my computer and i am waiting for my backup to be retreived (over the weekend) however i have a meeting with quite a promising client in the morning and i am looking to draw up an SLA for the project. Anyone know of any good templates or resources to make sure me and the client are singing off the same hymn sheet? cheers J

Hiya I dont know if you are still looking for some input in this or not? I would highly recommend fasthosts. I know they are among the most expensive but i am of the opinion that you get what you pay for. It is also a good way of justifying a higher hosting fee to your clients, if you arrange that for them, by stating that you expect the best for your clients so you use the best...but it comes at a price. Hi I really like the site, apart from the coding issues but with a little clean up that will be fine. 1 suggestion would be possibly having your portfolio in the same window when it launches. Maybe having some sort of flash integration to move between items of work? Other than that its a very nice site Jamie

Hi, i appreciate your input, and i am curious: for the site i am working on at the moment, my client is a magazine looking to allow customers the option to download/subscribe their magazine. I dont think a full shop interface is required for this just a payment portal, until of course back issues are pulled from the archive and put in the shop. But for launch purposes it is just the ability to streamline a payment portal into the site which will either insitgiate an email to be sent with the mag as an attachment or an email to my client with the customers address details for the mag to be posted?

Hi all I am new to E-Commerce,having run my own web design company for nearly 2 years i am getting repeated requests for e-commerce work. Just to see, if i was to use zencart for example, would my clients need a merchant account as well? just to basically see what exactly is required to set up an e-commerce shopping cart facility? thanks
