I have lost all info on my computer and i am waiting for my backup to be retreived (over the weekend) however i have a meeting with quite a promising client in the morning and i am looking to draw up an SLA for the project.

 

Anyone know of any good templates or resources to make sure me and the client are singing off the same hymn sheet?
