Advice/Suggestion/Idea Background Img Needed For Blog
Hi ! I am currently Designing a WordPress Blog, and have become unable to come-up with a idea in respect to a cool graphic for the it's background. The Blog is an Afrocentric/Urban motif, with the purpose of attracting-catering to African Americans and people of color. But all people are welcome to enjoy my Blog as well. I'm just saying ! What I want is perhaps something Urban in style, something that won't strain or burn the retina. Maybe a Brick Wall, with some modifications within Photoshop. I don't want any City Skyline or people, just something simple and neat. If maybe anyone has any ideas, I am open to suggestions. Thank you....

Queation ! Need CMS, and Wordpress or Joomla ?
Hello ! I am interested in using a CMS for a Blog, and would like to have control to be able to do custom tweaks. Both WordPress and Joomla has come to mind, but am not sure which I should choose. You see, I am wanting to have an Custom Gallery Page, Directory List Page and Forums, including a Blogs Page. With this being said, I really would rather use my somewhat PHP know how and avoid Extensions, Plugins and the like. So I guess what I am asking is this, which of the two would allow me to Tweak, Customize and add my own PHP Code within the CMS? For the Blog, I would just use the Default's. But for all other pages, custom. Is this a reality? Also, I have thought about just creating a Dynamic Website, and then adding a Blog to it. Any suggestions? Feedback is Welcome! And if you know of a better CMS not mentioned that may be better for waht I want to do, please let me know. Thank you

HTML5 and External IE only Style Sheet
Hello and Greetings.... I have a question about HTML5 and External CSS Style Sheets for IE Only, and too it's Conditional Link. I know that with HTML5 the Links to External Style Sheets have been modified, shortened that is. But, what about the Conditional Link to an External IE Style Sheet Only? Has that stayed the same, or has that as well been modified? And too, when one creates an IE Only Style Sheet for older versions of IE, does one have to include all of the CSS or just that that needs to be adjusted to allow for a clean look in the older versions? Thank You....

Text-Align CSS Question
I have a question in respect to CSS Text-Alignment. When setting the Text-Alignment for the Body, is there a general rule for doing this? I am asking because I notice that many opt to Align their Text to the Left. From 1% to 100%, what percentile Align their Text to the Left? Is Left the desired Alignment for most Pro's? Thank you

HTML and CSS Code Help Needed
Hi, and thank you for checking out my thread. I want to have just a plain #FFF Header with a width of 965px and a height of 155px. Empty Header I guess is what I should say. And right under the Header I want a simple Black Nav Bar that width is 100% and height is 39px. Question is, would I use margin: 0 auto to center the Header and glue it to the top of the HTML document? And also, because I want the Nav Bar to span the width of ones monitor I would not be using a Wrapper, am I correct? And how would I position the Nav Bar to glue to bottom of the Header? The NAV BAR is not inside the header, it's right below it. Thank you
