the problem with that is that the fonts are on another style sheet witch is stored on another server. I want the style sheet that I am currentley using to load the font so that I can keep all the styles in one place and not have them all over the place. Otherwise It will lead to complications latter on. you see I have set up all my styles based on what div they are in I will not be able to do this if I have to load the fonts from another style sheet.

I have used <meta name="apple-mobile-web-app-capable" content="yes"> but it still dose not hide the address bar dose any one know why?

Hi is there a way to use fonts on a website that is not on other peoples computers? I am trying to use Corbel and Helvetica Rounded on my website.

That kind of works but I have to hold my fingers on it like I am trying to zoom in and out instead of the natural scrolling of just one finger.

Hey ist there a way to scroll without scroll bars I am trying to make a webpage for the iPad (for an uni assignment) and here is my design(attached) anyway the menu on the side is supposed to scroll up and down but the scroll bars interfere with the design of the menu. I was wondering if there is a way to make them disappear or at least behave like the scroll bars on mobile websites where the scroll bars are only suttle and disappear when you are not scrolling.

himm I don't know if the server I am using will support ajax, This is for a student project you see and I need to keep it simple with the short amount of time I have to do this I cant afford to do something like that in case I get in to trouble. Even thought I do not like using iframes I still know that they do not need much coding to work and the less coding the lest things can go wrong. ...Ps I dont know how I missed this on Dynamic Drive.

If you want simple looking 3D logo Illustrator 3D filters should do the trick. But if you want real good looking 3D Logo you might want to look for a 3D program However they are a massive learning curve. If you want to use a 3D program I recommend using blender.

Ok I said that because I run both windows and OSX on my mac and the windows side uses up more of my ram and CPU then the mac side dose. But it is down to personal preferences I guess.

Why don't you just get a new Dreamweaver? It is probably pointless for me to say this but I some times use text wrangler, its a free app from mac app store but it is not a wysiwyg it's basically like a more powerful version of an text editor.

Ill tell you When my school uses it next year Also I don't plan on upgrading from CS5 for a long time eyther

lol yeah I know I remember when CS3 came out in high school. I don't know why but I got A nice feeling when I used Macromedia software but after Adobe took over and made CS3 I lost that feeling.

I dont fully agree with that logic I mean sure You can get a better Windows laptop for the price. But windows also uses up more resources then OSX. and windows run better for gaming. Buying a windows computer over a mac for design is like buying FrontPage over Dreamweaver for web. or word over Indesign
