I Want To Make A File That I Can Change What Each Value Of The Keyboard Is... So Like Changing "L" To "☺" Or "T" To "♦", Etc... I Would Want This To Do So On Every Element On The Page. I Know It'd Work For All Text Boxes, But I'm Not So Sure If It'd Work For Elements Coded In Flash? (Which Is What I'm Trying To Do) All Help Is Appreciated - Thanks!!!

I Suggest Getting A Strong Understanding In GIMP/Photoshop To Help You Implement Some Nice Looking Images Into Your Designs. I Reccommend GIMP - Seeing How It's Free Of Charge And The Exact Same Thing As Photoshop, The Only Difference Is The GUI. Their Are Many Tutorials Online. If I Were You I'd Play Around With The Program First Before Watching Any Tuts To Become Comfortable With It And Allow Yourself To Use Some Creativity

Recently, I've Been Playing With iFrames And I Find Them Very Useful For Many Different Reasons. Earlier Last Night I Was Working On A Code, And Here's What It Should Have Looked Like For All Users: That's How It Looks To Me, But When I Added It To The Site, It Had Different Effects For Different People, So Different Elements Would Be Scattered Around In Different Places.
