PHP form within iFrame
I'm wondering how to create a php form within iFrame on Facebook. What's required is a form that takes information from the user (just their name) and places it already within the form. All the user needs to do is answer a question and then submit the form to an e-mail address. However there would be multiple forms for multiple questions. Once the user submits the question they are asked to submit it (a link to the competition) on their wall and it would come up saying - 'I have now entered 'Competition Name' on 'Facebook Page Name'. Any ideas on tutorials on how to achieve this?

Any need for a current state in navigation
It really depends on the website. I feel that using a current state within navigation bars makes it feel restricted, and less dynamic. But for some websites this works, eg. BBC News. While in the opposite side of not having a current state - Facebook works.

No just below the nav that's it. I don't think the layout is working. The logo is rather old fashioned... er. Try reassembling the layout. Look at some inspiration on the web.
