    Hi Rob

I think the problem here is you are trying to be to fancy with all the fancy tools the PS has to offer.

Think of it like this if you can't get a div layout to work, how are you going to get a fully functional nav bar to work with all the indents and flashy lights (i know your design doesnt have flashing lights just stating point)

My suggestion for you is too strip it down to the barebones, go on to tuts+ and look at their basix sections. You need to get a grasp of divs if you are wanting to move forward tables are way out and for a long time now.

Try and be simple, learn what works and what doesn't, ask questions, look at other sites code, don't copy though, try and make theirs better. You will get there

If there is a time factor on your learning this isnt the time to start web design and development isn't easy and theirs lots of theory to how things work and how they don't.

Sorry if I sound like a tool just giving you my opinion.

    Joe:)

15M+* iPads have been sold. If your website is built using Flash, that’s 15M+ potential customers you’re alienating. Read why Apple’s mobile devices don’t support the tool: Thoughts on Flash, by Steve Jobs.

up to you but you could be putting people off that aren't near you. They may look at the card and think if you can't get that right and have an attention to detail then what is the rest of your work like. If I were a potential customer looking I'd see pixel perfect then 'every time' wrong and think of the irony.
