But someone from another uk business forum advised me that they were very basic and didnt cover alot of things... So I was wondering if I should go and see a solicitor to help me write some up or not? What did you do? Or are mine OK? You don't need to register with companies house unless you form a limited company. As for T&Cs, http://www.chocmintwebdesign.co.uk/downloads/chocmint-terms-and-conditions-2011.pdf < My T&Cs are taken from a template that is freely available to use, originally from someone on this very forum. You can use these, just change the names and any other little details inline with your own business. There's not really much more than you have already, but at the end of the day, you could write pages and pages! Don't pay a solicitor and just make sure that your clients understand everything when they sign on the dotted line.
