Domain Handover
How would i go about obtaining a domain name that a clients old designer owns or runs? What would i need to advise that person to be doing with this domain name so i/client can take it over, apart from the DNS change what would i ask them to do for me if they are willing to?

Absolute positioning
Thank you for your valuable input i have been trying all sorts to resolve without any luck. I would have been lost without a little help from someone who clearly knows what they are talking about, Thanks you again.

Absolute positioning
I have come to a dead end with this and tried different ways so that IE6 will render my page correctly but it just isnt to be unless someone on here can rescue me. The last straw was using absolute positioning on my contact page for a google map which IE6 laughs at me once again and does not position it where i want to. Can some please have a butchers at it and see if they can advise me on what i can do to get the problem sorted. If there isnt a resolve is there a way of hiding the map with some java if a user is using IE6? http://www.o18.org.uk/contact.php

Logo been exploited
Thanks Tery and Diz, I was just curious really i wasn't sure if they had the right to. Strange seeing your design being taken and used everywhere but i suppose if i did'nt want it to be used anywhere else other then the website i should have stated that within the contract terms and conditions.

Logo been exploited
I designed a Logo for someone that then used it to produce a sign, merchandise and even took the EPS apart and used it in other parts of the business set up. What i want to know, What can i do about this? Also do i have any right in moaning about it with me not stating in the contract what the logo is to be used for?
