Hi there, I have been working on a niche business directory for a certain area that will be powered by Wordpress. The site is structured to be an online platform that gathers, business owners, freelancers to promote their services and products. As well as allowing registered users to post classified ads, job and advertising. I have no idea what sort of team structure or how many people would be required to manage such a site.
