I shall say one thing, whitespace is your friend. The more the better, so try doubling padding and margin values. The footer contact form is also very weak try making it transparent? That said, good design bud, keep it up!

Have you thought of using a CMS like wordpress or joomla?

If you specify a percentage for the font-size it usually mean you are going to use Ems. So if the body font-size was set to 62.5% then 1em would equal 10px. I would suggest changing the body font-size to 62.5% and then the paragraph font-size to something like 1.2em or 1.4em

The style of the website tends to be swinging towards a more sans-serif type only. I believe the colour scheme is good but the typgoraphy is letting the design down. The leading in particular is slightly to small. A good article regarding this matter can be found here: http://www.aisleone.net/2009/design/8-ways-to-improve-your-typography/ Furthermore, throughout the design try to maintain consistent padding and margin values as well as keeping everything aligned nicely. A few more iterations and I believe this design will be a beauty
