    Hi, I am wanting to learn freelance work so that i can design my own layouts etc. Most the layouts i have used (pre designed for me) have a default .css file and then the index page. What i am wondering is does anyone have any links to tutorials as to where i can start designing my own designs and also what is needed to do these. Thanks in advance
