The images on your site are poor.. ie facebook logo has a white background ? the design in general is ok but probably just some free stylesheet/template downloaded which you have done no justice your clients website 'ss ground works' made me feel like a time lord going back 10 years in a tardis to see how the internet used to be .. im surprised you didn't put a guestbook at the bottom

i think your website and portfolio is poor and if i was your client i would be asking for a refund

lol im trying not to make it easy to return when they get to the 'contact us' page thanks for the reviews .. i put the site together quick without much planning .. when i get more time i will tidy it up starting with the navigation links No i dont think theres any frames

Paying search engines and directories went out with the romans .. the search engines worth being on will find your site have you tried adding an xml sitemap to your website and submitting it through google's 'webmaster tools' facility ?

yellow pages or yell.com as they call themselves online is a useless service who charge too much for advertising and exagerate amount of hit they get for your services i once paid over £1000 for a years add to be at the top and i got hardly any business your better off using google adwords .. at least your not in a long contract

out of the 80 hits a day.. how many are finding your site using relevent keywords ?

Your existing site looks good but maybe too much information on homepage the new designs are good aswell but i would go for something plain

you could improve search results for more area's of wales by creating more pages ie caerphilly.html add content and a title that includes : caerphilly google will pick up caerphilly in the domain/content/title which will give it a better chance look at how many pages ive created that match important keywords and areas i cover this has saved me a lot of money quitting sponsored advertising my google listings

i presume your talking about http://www.allenfencing.net/ which i found from the link on your profile firstly you should register the domain fencingcaerphilly.co.uk ( not .com or .net etc ) host that site instead with the same files you created for allenfencing and then just redirect the domain allenfencing to the new domain then change your meta title tags to include the main keywords ie fencing in caerphilly wales etc then get the website listed on a few free directories that are associated with the keywords fencing caer theres more you can do to improve the seo but untill you make these changes your not really going to get far with google with services like fencing you have a lot of companies like yellcom and other directories to beat to get to the top it works for my website loft-conversion-birmingham co.uk
