It may be that the flash add on is not on or is disabled. Try uploading it onto a server and viewing it on a friends computer see if that works.

Put this where ever you want the video to go: <embed src="videos/video1" width="400" height="200"></embed> Replace "videos/video1" with the location of the video in the sites directory, you can change the width and the height aswell by replacing 400 and 200 in the width and height. You must aslo upload the file to the server aswell or the simpler option like the others said use youtube or something similar and embed that code

Again the logo looks like Adobes. It looks like you have built this website using Dreaweamver you haven't named the document, the "Welcome to Alpha Designs " and "Latest News" backgrounds with the logo's are not aligned not sure if it is suppose to be like that. There is no footer don't rely like your navigation it could possibly help aligning it with some elements on the page and last thing where it says "welcome to alpha designs" the text is on the line on the latest news the text is hovering a few px's above the line

I mean I will return to the website regularly if content is added frequently and by a registered domain name I mean getting something like www.shockinglyedible.com instead of www.shockinglyedible.blogspot.com sorry if i have worded it wrong which I think I may have a bit more info here http://www.inchhosting.co.uk/about/beginners-guide.html plus http://www.thesitewizard.com/archive/registerdomain.shtml
