  1. Putting a video into my site

    As a newby i am finding my way around I have been asked to put a video clip into the site I am working on but do not have a clue where to start I have managed to convert it from the mobile phone format it was in to flash .swf file format but he wants it to have start and stop button but as I said I do not know where to start can anyone help me please
