Hi, We're putting together a property site and it was suggested that we use the Rightmove BLM format when uploading properties etc. We've searched online but can't seem to find any programme that creates or uses the Rightmove BLM so that we can integrate it with our site. Help! Is the Rightmove BLM a programme? Can we buy or download it or is it something totally different? Sorry if this is a stupid question but, if you don't ask...

We've just installed a joomla website template and have created a database for it on our server. However, when we try to log into the administrators console we keep getting a message saying incorrect username, password, or access level. The username and password are the same as when we first installed the site. Is there something obvious we should be doing to allow us to gain administrators access to the site? Or is there some way we can edit a file that will allow us access? Incidentally, we've managed to login to the site as a normal user i.e, by registering on the front page.

We've downloaded a wordpress theme and think this may provide the solution. To make the site really work it would be great if we could partner up with a web designer (someone who understands how to make wordpress really tick and perhaps also databases). We're a UK pr agency (PRHQ) with experience of print publishing. The idea is to create and run a community orientated online magazine aimed at a niche but highly profitable market. Our director is Kizzi Nkwocha who is a pretty well known media figure. Is there anyone who would be interested in a project like this?

We’re looking for a web partner to help us run a classified advertising site. The site originally belonged to our classified advertising newspaper which was published in Cyprus. It has tremendous potential to be a real moneyspinner if we can get the right person to help us with SEO and perhaps make some minor modifications to the site. We are definitely not looking for someone to redesign our site but more to help with online promotion and search engine optimisation -and make sure that nothing obvious is broken - so that we can get some ads online. Ideally the bulk of the webmasters work will be in the first couple of weeks and, after that, probably the odd bit of maintenance now and then although the site will be self running. We’ve recently launched a website that has a database search function. Users can search our database to find company details etc. Short of having to input each and every companies details in by hand, is there any other way to populate a database with content? Obviously a database is more useful the more data it has. But to input the names and contact details of thousands of companies could take quite a while. Is there a faster way of doing this? Perhaps some software that we can use? Help!

We've started a new recruitment service for journalists and pr people (lots of redundancies ) and would really like some help optimising the site. Initially, we're looking for a web partner who can help us make the site work and provide us with support on an on-going basis in return for a monthly percentage of the sites earnings. This is fairly quick work to start with as the site just needs someone who knows what they're doing to clean up the code, resize an image (so that most of the site's content is under the fold), optimise search terms, meta tags etc and help us get ranked by the search engines. This can probably be done in a day or so. More importantly for us is the assurance and peace of mind that the developer will take an interest in the site and be on hand to help should we need it. After the initial job is done there probably won't be much needed as the site will more or less run itself. But we are offering an 18 month agreement which will bring in a monthly income for the developer. As this is a site which carries editorial there is also the opportunity for the deveoper to promote themselves - via the site's editorial - to the target audience of journalists and pr people.
