July 7Jul 7 Site loads fast for me, which is a must for a hosting company! I'd swap the order around and have the plans below the hero section As for the plans section itself, perhaps reorganise these and have them as a carousel. If you put them in ascending price order for example, you could use the flags to show which plans are available in USA and/or Sweden Is the Super Hybrid price a typo?

Some images need optimising as they look overweight... - gunner-1.png - Untitled.png - tether.png - usdc.png Main CSS file (2.93mb, 256kb transferred) seems heavier than necessary? For such a site I'd expect 100kb tops for optimised CSS Content wise the Dedi servers landing page the intro text has blue underlined text which I assumed would be clickable links but they're not. VPS is missing information on what addons your provide, such as control panels, security, backups, normally with VPS I'd expect to purchase extras. Of if you don't offer addons maybe worth telling people?

Yes, we're actively thinking about better ways to display packages on the landing page, ascending order is actually something we're considering, and you recommending it is great as it gives us a hint we're thinking the right way about this. Super Hybrid price isn't a typo haha, it's actually going to skyrocket soon, every month or so we increase prices in Chicago as they're prices super competitively. For example, when we released Sweden, we pushed Chicago price up by 5-20% depending on package. (at one point, super hybrid was 27.99 GBP, then 32.99 GBP, and so on) Your feedback is greatly appreciated.

Hi, yes, our frontend is very, bootstrapped I would say, we're working on introducing a new frontend system, however, we've already noticed the big-size css packages, so we're on it! We provide a very, simple service - it's not overweight, you get what you pay for, the only addons you can purchase are hardware resources, and we detail those pricings - when it comes to backups, etc, we don't actually handle backups, nor do we want to at this stage be responsible for customer backups, which is why we highly recommend customers backup servers themselves. Thanks so much for your input, very important stuff was mentioned, and it's all being taken onboard, we're constantly looking to upgrade our platform and make it more elaborate, in the right ways.

I have spent a lot of time in the last 25 years sourcing hosting for clients and hosting extras are one of the things I look for, even if they can be added at a later date. The point is that I didn't find any information to tell me you don't do any addons which confused me a bit, maybe your text copy needs to update to reflect that?

Don't you think we'd kind of be shooting ourselves in the foot by explicitly saying we don't offer addons such as backups etc? I mean, wouldn't one presume, if they can't see a reference to an addon on-site, then there likely isn't any support for said add-on? I would probably rather elaborate further on what kind of facilities you can access from our dashboard, as we do use bespoke interfaces, so our platform by no means is something most people are used to.
July 9Jul 9 Yeh it's an interesting thing to try and make a point about! Instead of saying "we don't offer addons" maybe a better approach would be to promote as "no frills servers giving you total control of what you install on them" (or wording to that effect). In essence you are offering a foundation to build on. For dashboards I think it would be a good idea to provide and overview of what can be done there with some sample screenshots.
