I have an index page that is fine when the menu is loaded, but when I scroll, it disappears. Would anyone be able to help please?  I even have Chat baffled!   Thank uou as always,

Can you post a URL to the site. Much easier to investigate bugs.

Just had a look at the styles.

Where did you get the template? The code is yuk.

The header is sticky with a z-index of 200.

The menu has a z-index of 100.

The site is following the rules you have set up. 

Chat is baffled because it's useless at writing and debugging code.
