Not if you do it right.

Floats with media queries work just fine.

Nothing wrong, was a suggestion to a really wide question bordering "how I do make a website". Try CSS Grid or maybe display, position .... really does depend on what you're trying to do. Saying something is wrong with us is a bit odd, doubt you looked into it as float is a doddle to work with, the main problem is with your abilities.

Yep, you could use flexbox, it's part of display which I mentioned above.

float seem to simple for me like float  left - right  - i cant imagine such simple function  layout big website nowadays .. if so then why  they invented  modern tec llike grids and flexbox

Flexbox, grids and floats are all different methods of doing the same thing. Which one you use really depends on what you are trying to do.

But if you use a CMS as suggested in your other thread and install one of the many thousands of available themes then you don't have to worry anymore.

And don't forget, most of your visitors will be using phone or tablets so you need to make sure your layout works on these devices before you design the desktop layout.

Have a read through display by Sara Cope on CSS Tricks. Also float is not "old", no more so than say font-family and padding, it's just css, to quote the MDN Docs;

Quote

The float CSS property places an element on the left or right side of its container, allowing text and inline elements to wrap around it. The element is removed from the normal flow of the page, though still remaining a part of the flow (in contrast to absolute positioning)
