The shipping costs aren't populating correctly in my woocommerce.  I updated the version of WooCommerce and have deactivated all other plugins and put it to default Twenty Seventeen theme, but to no joy. 

 

When I go to checkout page and alter the country in the address it isn't amending the shipping price accordingly.  Nor is it amending the fields. i.e. changing 'zip code' to 'postal code' when I switch country from US to UK.

 

Any ideas what might be going wrong?

So I reaslied that there are some errors in the console...mainly that it is failing to pull certain JS files, although I am not sure why as the addresses are correct (other than the fact that they have added ?ver=2.1.4 at the end) if they hadn't added ?ver it would have found the file.  How do I get this to work?

You need to raise a ticket with woocommerce support. They will be able to advise you better on this.
