Strange question but i've never been asked but how would you answer this

 

"What’s included in the leaflet & Business card design if not a logo?"

 

This started, when I advised the customer, the logo he has is currently in low-res and would need recreating.

Presumably typography, other graphics and/or images/photo editing (for leaflets), well designed colour schemes and organisation of elements, assured print quality? I'd answer something like that, though I don't provide these services.
