a couple things that may need some attention. I don't recommend sizing any images with code. (talking about this image), The search bar all the way at the bottom of the page... dont want to search for the search, the curved corners on your options page look pixelated a bit especially on the Platinum Option, and lastly the clouds in the header look like the magic wand had its way with them. maybe try to find a pic easier to cut the clouds out or play with the color modes might work better.

overall I think you have a pretty good site there. Color scheme isn't bad and its easy to navigate (cept for the search)

Thanks for the feedback it is much appreciated. SEO has been carried out for approx 4 months so far, what do you think of the SEO status on the site so far. Al

It starts off nicely at the header - I think the image, logo etc are all very suitable for the subject matter. I feel the page starts to get visually confusing further down, particularly in the lower third of the visible page before scrolling. Those four coloured boxes with the dropdown menus look very squashed together, and the columns on either side are pushed right up against the edge of the page. I think this is compromising what is a much better use of space above this area.

I really think the site would benefit from a consistent margin (left and right, but particularly left) in your content area, so that the eye is drawn more smoothly down the page.

Al,

Who is doing your SEO? Because if after 4 months the homepage title still says "Home" (which it does) then you need to fire whoever it is, cause they don't know what they're doing!

The SEO status at the moment is very poor, but I'm sure you can improve it, keep working at it.

hmmm black on dark blue white on a floresant non web safe colour.

if i were you, to develop the site design further i would research web safe colours and accessibility.

for web safe colours just search google for "website color chooser" and for accessibility head over to w3.org

I cannot connect to the database because: Can't connect to MySQL server on 'sql6.escapewebdesigns.com' (4)

:'(

The site looks good. Though its color scheme is not much well-coordinated. Better to change the color of its background.

I also think that it will look better of you try to widen the width of your homepage..

Hi guys, thanks for the feedback it is much appreciated. Can you guys give me some more feedback as regards to the SEO status of the site. eg how is the site developed with SEO in mind The site is about 8-10 moths into a 12 month SEO contract (Ithought it was only 4 months). Cheers for the great forum. It really provides some good feedback and without it I wouldnt know what should be happening with my site and what is not happening. It helps to keep the good professionalism of web designers/SEO and will hopefully weed out the chancers. Looking forward to your comments. Alan

al,

I have already given you feedback on the SEO 'status' of the site above, 8 months makes it even worse than 4.

Site is looking good.

Couple of things, the image under "Beauty Treatments and Health Centre" is obviously forced to squeeze into the box below, which doesnt look good and is apparent when I first saw it.

Also, where is the CSS? Why oh why use tables!!

I like the website. Two things though, the "beauty treatments" picture, as some one else said, and the text of the hot topic is like a punch on the eyes. I don't know why but it bothers me a little, if you can make it in a different font it will be better.

Great job btw. B)
