ill comment more tomoz coz im in a hurry but first in the coding for the links have # in the address bit of your links so it doesn't go to another page. ;)

i like the template overall but the colours dont seem to do it for me. its not unique enough. and it doesn't seem like a portfolio it does seem alot like a blog. and just a blog.

those points dont make me not like to site. i do. i think ity is well made but those points just change my view of it.

If that made any sense.

I echo what Cromo said about it being heavy on the blog content and not feeling like a portfolio site (I am not Web 2.0's biggest fan anyway, but I digress). The main body is also very compact; I can't help but wonder what this looks like on a larger monitor/higher resolution (I'm only on 1024x768 and there's a lot of empty space!).

I like the colours though - interesting and unique but not annoying. And I do like the overall feel of it, despite the critical review. :)

fair enough. i guess ill have to see what it looks like once i add the appropriate content. i have a feeling that once i get past the pure text blog content, it could look much more appropriate.

I like it...especially the colours - the red goes really well with those borwns and I especially like the logo. The layout looks fine on my screen which is set to 1280x1024. I think that once you get some content in there it will stop looking like a blog and more like a portfolio. Adding a little bit of white to the design would help to lift it but you could just add a border to any images that you add to help them stand out...hard to comment until there's content.
