I just released version 3 of my site after a while stuck on version 2.

I released it today so I hadn't yet validated all the errors. I will be doing so later today or this week.

 

EDIT: All errors have been fixed on the homepage.

it looks exactly like a worpress blog (yes, I know that's what it is, but that's my point) or in other words, it could do with some work to make it look a bit more original/ different/ not plain.

I have to admit that the horizontal scrollbar (FF3, 1024px wide screen) is somewhat annoying, especially considering that it wouldn't be there if the left and right margins of the content weren't there. Also note that the 'On development' spans on two lines. I like the header for its simplicity and blue steel color, but I'm not sure about the brown in the content area.

Looks like an old fashioned blog style site in my opinion, needs some character.

Also, fixed the horizontal scrollbar (I had set a minimum-width).

Still got a horizontal scroll bar when viewed at 1024.......

I really like the colours, but I find the layout confusing. Your design will fit into 1024px yet I have a horizontal scrollbar.

Your wordpress plugins banner is too wide IMO - it sticks out beyond the implied edge of the page.

Also I think there is too much negative space under your content. It doesn't look like your site has a footer because you have to scroll to see it.

Also, are you allowed to use those mac icons in your nav bar? (forgive me if the answer's yes)

Hey guys - sorry about the 1024 width. It turns out that I had more than one min-width CSS property and that is why the scrollbar is appearing (I also took down the image for now).

Fair enough - they just look very similar to mac icons.
